Our products are either 22-carat gold plated on brass or made of 925 sterling silver. Plating on all products carries the risk of tarnishing depending on usage. To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, we advise you to avoid contact with substances such as creams, perfumes, alcohol, and bleach.

Genuine freshwater pearls, baroque pearls and A quality gum pearls are used on our products.

Yes, the product could be repaired. Send the order number of the product that needs to be repaired to info@ecruatelier.com for contacting us. For the repairs, you should cover the two-way shipping cost, and once per product, we don't ask for any additional fees for the repairs.

Our products are jewels and that could be because of a number of reasons depending on the product. As an example, even the saltiness of our skin could make the product change its color.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We provide shipment through 'Yurtiçi Kargo' (domestic courier). After placing an order, the product will be handed over to the courier within a maximum of 2 business days. Once your order is handed over to the courier, it will typically reach you within 1-3 business days. Our estimated delivery time is calculated based on business days.

After logging in, you can check the status of all your orders by clicking on the 'My Account - Orders' section on the homepage. Also, when your order is delivered to the cargo, your tracking number will be sent to you via message by the shipping company.

All you need to do, is to add your delivery address at check-out. For international shippings, the buyer should cover the shipping costs. The shipping costs varies depending on Country which the order is to be delivered.

PAYMENT

You could pay over ecruatelier.com with all credit cards or wire transfers.

For all your orders, we have instant payment or installment plans according to agreements with banks.

While on the payment page, you can choose to pay with bank transfer. While paying with bank transfer, if the order is not payed within 2 work-days, it will be cancelled.

ORDERS

To purchase the product you want, you can add it to your cart by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. After your selected product is added to your cart, you can continue shopping or proceed to complete the order by clicking the 'My Cart' button at the top right of the page.

While placing your order, you can enter the address and person information for the gift you will send in the delivery address section and add a gift note to your order. If you want a gift package, you need to select the gift package option along with the product you choose. In the case of multiple orders and if you want a single gift package, you can purchase one gift package and specify in the seller's note section.

To be able to help you with that issue, you can sen an e-mail to info@ecruatelier.com with the order details. For changes to orders that are already shipped, the buyer should also cover two-way shipping price.

For orders that haven't been shipped yet, you can cancel the order. To cancel your order, send an e-mail to info@ecruatelier.com with the order details.
