3. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT
The buyer has the right ecruatelier.com is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale, payment and delivery of the product whose features and sales price are specified in this text.

4. BASIC CHARACTERISTICS AND PRICES OF THE PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
4.1. The name, basic features, type and type, quantity, brand and model, color, taxes and transportation cost (in units x unit price) of the products subject to the contract are as stated in this text. There will be no other addition to these prices. 5. VALIDITY PERIOD
The prices quoted are valid until the contract is performed or terminated by the parties.

6. PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY
6.1. Payment will be made by credit card and money order / eft at the order stage.
6.2. The order process is deemed to be completed upon payment. The order will be sent to the address declared by the buyer within the scope of this contract by the contracted cargo company as soon as possible after the payment process is completed.
6.3. The Seller is responsible for the delivery of the product subject to the contract intact, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
6.4. If the Buyer is not present at the address at the time of delivery, Ecru Atelier shall be deemed to have fulfilled its performance. For this reason, any damage caused by the Buyer's late receipt of the product and the expenses incurred due to the product waiting in the cargo company and / or the return of the cargo to Ecru Atelier belong to the Buyer.
6.5. Likewise, if the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, Ecru Atelier cannot be held responsible for the failure of the person/organization to accept the delivery.

7. WARRANTY AND INSTALLATION
7.1. The buyer agrees that he/she will assemble the purchased product - if necessary - and that he/she will be responsible for any damage to the product during such assembly.
7.2. In the event of failure of the products subject to the contract (after the right of withdrawal period has expired) or in the event of obvious or hidden defects in the product and if the buyer requests, the products will be sent to authorized services.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1. Within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to the address specified by the buyer (SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS) has the right to withdraw without any justification and without penal clause.
8.2. Ecru Atelier shall refund the payment collected from the buyer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the notification that the buyer has exercised the right of withdrawal.
8.3. Notification of withdrawal and return will be sent to the e-mail address info@ecruatelier.com within the specified period.
8.4. The Buyer is obliged to send the products to be returned within 10 (ten) days from the date of the notification of the use of the right of withdrawal to Ecru Atelier to the COMPANY AND THE ADDRESS OF THE COMPANY WRITTEN IN THE SHIPMENT BILL sent to him together with the products.
8.5. Products can be returned/sent free of charge with the cargo company that the products were sent to the consumer. If another shipping company is preferred, the shipping fee is borne by the buyer.
8.6. No refund will be made until the product is returned.
8.7. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, invoices and forms must be filled in completely for refund transactions in accordance with Tax Procedure Law No. 395.

8.9. Products to be returned must be sent complete and undamaged.

12. COMPLAINT AND APPEAL AUTHORITIES
12.1. Complaints and objections can be made to info@ecruatelier.com or to the contact areas on ecruatelier.com.
12.2. The Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court.
12.3. The date the contract is concluded is the date of the online transaction.
12.4. A copy of the contract will be sent to the buyer via e-mail.
