ARTICLE 6

(2) In the case of a distance contract concluded via the internet, the seller or supplier shall:;

a) Subject to the disclosure obligation set forth in the first paragraph of Article 5, the information specified in subparagraphs (a), (d), (g), and (h) of the same paragraph must be clearly displayed separately as a whole immediately before the consumer incurs a payment obligation.

ARTICLE 5

a) The essential characteristics of the goods or services covered by the contract,

d) If the total price of the goods or services, including all taxes, cannot be calculated in advance due to their nature, the method of calculating the price, any additional costs such as shipping, delivery, and similar expenses, and if these cannot be calculated in advance, information that additional costs may be payable.,

g) In cases where there is a right of withdrawal, the conditions, duration, procedure for exercising this right, and information regarding the carrier designated by the seller for the return.,

h) Information on situations where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in accordance with Article 15, and on the circumstances under which the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal or loses the right of withdrawal.
