In a chain bracelet the pearls aren't strung in a row, they sit on the chain one by one. That is why these bracelets read as slimmer and more everyday than a classic pearl bracelet.

Four Metals, Eight Models

A small category but with a wide range of metals. The Summer Fruit Charm Bracelet is steel, which makes it the most resistant to water and sweat. Liva and Palmira are 925 sterling silver. Mandy comes in both silver and gold plated silver. Jessica is brass with gold plating.

A bracelet is the piece that meets water most during the day; it gets wet every time you wash your hands. That makes the choice of metal matter more on a bracelet than on a necklace. Steel and silver are the easiest on that front.

Lengths

Most models are 17 cm with a 3 cm extension chain on the end. Mandy is 21 cm and uses a with an elevator, sliding along its own chain to tighten to the wrist.

For anyone unsure of their size the slider system is the safest choice, because you aren't tied to one fixed measurement.

Pearl Size

Palmira has 6-7 mm pearls and Jessica 8-9 mm. On the wrist the difference is easy to see: 6-7 mm looks fine and understated, 8-9 mm stands out more.

Because the wrist is narrower than the neck, a pearl of the same size looks bigger on the wrist than on a necklace. Someone who finds 8-9 mm plain on a necklace can find the same size pronounced on the wrist.

What to Do with the Plated Model

Jessica is the only plated model. The most practical way to extend the life of the plating is to take the bracelet off when you wash your hands.

Steel and silver models have no such limit. Silver can tarnish over time but a polishing cloth brings it back.

Wearing Them Layered

A chain bracelet is slim enough to be worn on its own or several at once.

If you're wearing two together, staying in the same metal is the easiest route. Mixing metals works too, but then not adding a third piece keeps the balance.

When wearing one with a watch, putting the bracelet on the other wrist reduces rubbing. If it stays on the same wrist, leaving enough room that it doesn't touch the watch strap protects the chain.
